Terms of use
Draft terms for using the MaintenanceMarket.ae website and marketplace.
Draft for review · Updated 26 October 2026
1. The marketplace
MaintenanceMarket.ae brings together people seeking maintenance and independent providers or suppliers. A provider’s quotation, agreed scope and applicable transaction conditions must be reviewed before you approve a job. This draft does not establish that the website itself performs the maintenance.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account and contact information, keep your credentials secure and report suspected unauthorised use. You must have authority to submit requests for a property, vehicle or business. Do not impersonate others or use another person’s account without permission.
3. Requests and quotations
Describe the job and location accurately and provide appropriate access information. A requested time is not a confirmed appointment. Review quotation inclusions, exclusions, taxes, timing, spare parts and any warranty before acceptance. Changes should be agreed before additional work proceeds.
4. Payments and service conditions
Review the payment instructions and total shown for your job. No payment fee, deposit, escrow guarantee, cancellation charge or refund timeline is created by this draft. Such conditions need to be clearly disclosed and agreed for the relevant transaction.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with the website; or share someone else’s private data without authority. You remain responsible for content you submit and for having the necessary permission to use it.
6. Problems and disputes
Contact the provider about the service issue, use the request’s dispute option where available, or contact support. Include the request number and relevant evidence. Raising a dispute does not guarantee a particular resolution, response time or refund.
7. Legal rights and updates
Nothing here is intended to exclude mandatory consumer or data protection rights under applicable UAE law. The operator’s identity, governing law details and dispute forum must be confirmed for the final agreement. Material changes should be published with an updated date.
