Cancellations & refunds

What to check when a job changes or a service does not go as expected.

Draft for review · Updated 26 October 2026

This is a draft for the website owner’s review, not a final legal agreement. The operating company’s legal identity and actual payment, retention and service policies must be confirmed before these terms are adopted.

1. Before you accept

Review the quotation and any cancellation, parts-ordering and refund conditions stated for your job. Ask the provider to clarify unclear conditions before you approve work or make a payment.

2. Changing or cancelling a request

Contact the provider through the request conversation and contact support if assistance is needed. Include your request number and explain whether work has begun or parts have been ordered. This draft does not guarantee automatic cancellation or introduce a cancellation fee.

3. Requesting a refund

If you believe a refund is due, provide the request number, payment details limited to a transaction reference, and a description of the issue. Do not send full card details. Eligibility depends on the agreed job conditions, work performed, payment handling and applicable law.

4. Disputed work

Use the dispute option on your request where available and include relevant evidence. Support can review the information available but no fixed review period or outcome is promised here. Contact the provider about any stated warranty as well.

5. Timing and consumer rights

An approved refund’s processing time depends on the actual payment provider and transaction method. No guaranteed timeframe or percentage is specified in this draft. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
